Reportage Properties, a well-known real estate developer, has recently initiated the construction of Indabyo Heights, a luxurious apartment complex located in Nyarutarama, an affluent suburb of Kigali, Rwanda. The project consists of 125 units, with only a few remaining available as most have already been reserved. Bharat Parmar, CEO of Reportage Properties Rwanda, highlighted that the company entered the Rwandan market in June last year and that Indabyo Heights is a high-end residential development situated near Green Hills Academy.

Alkesh Kumar, president of Reportage Properties overseeing operations in Africa and India, noted that the company operates in over 16 countries with around 12,000 employees. He also mentioned the recent launch of a $500 million project in Miami, Florida, and praised the Rwanda Development Board and local authorities for their support of foreign investment. The company is preparing to launch two more projects in the near future.
