Additionally, he reportedly spent $200,000 each summer for two consecutive years to rent a house in the Hamptons. Andrew Bochner, the lawyer representing Casa Del Sol, stated that the company is taking the allegations very seriously. He mentioned that the company is exploring all available options, including legal and financial remedies, and plans to respond through appropriate channels. Bochner emphasized that the issue involves the actions of one individual and does not reflect the values or conduct of the shareholders or the team.

A spokesperson for Casa Del Sol expressed deep disappointment over the allegations, highlighting the need for transparency and accountability within the organization. Meanwhile, Sebbag has offered a different perspective on the situation.

In a phone interview and email exchanges with the Daily Mail, Sebbag denied the allegations, claiming he resigned in May to help the company reduce costs, rather than due to an internal investigation. He insisted that he invested his own money into the brand and did not misuse company accounts. "Absolutely false allegations," Sebbag said, adding that he remains a shareholder and member of the company’s board.

He also mentioned that his decision to resign was strategic, citing a lack of alignment on expectations and some ambiguity regarding the company’s strategic objectives. Since the Daily Mail contacted him, Sebbag has deleted his LinkedIn profile, further fueling speculation about the nature of his departure.

Casa Del Sol was launched by Sebbag and Longoria in 2021. The brand's success has contributed to Longoria's prominence in the business world, solidifying her status as a prominent figure in the C-Suite. She has long been committed to uplifting women's voices and celebrating her Mexican heritage.
